She concocts unique fire cider blends and other herbal kitchen medicines from local ingredients and foraged plant allies from the mountains of North Carolina, empowering folks to craft their own wild medicine and to EAT WILD DAILY while supporting local farmers and growers. A graduate of Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine’s Online Foraging course, One Willow Apothecary’s Intuitive Plant Medicine course and currently enrolled in Rosemary Gladstar’s The Science and Art of Herbalism Course, she brings a bit of wild medicine and herbal knowledge to the table and her love of all things that grow.
